I hired this company to install solar panels on my roof Matthew Yancey was the Operation manager. My bill goes up and up every year, I contacted PG&E and asked to disconnect me form the program with NEM because Im not producing anything anyway. PG&E said to contact my solar company lol...so they can disconnect and take down the panels, they said that the panels have to be uninstalled to disconnect the serviceI, so Ill be looking into this.
