Don't get ripped off – I was required by city regulations to get a fire alarm system installed. The installation was very expensive (over $3000) and did not include everything that was needed. I had to pay another $600 for additional equipment. Then I had a ground fault alert and they sent out a technician to check it out. Next thing I know I have another bill for $95. Very good experience! – We had an alarm installed several years ago, and we have been very happy with the service. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the price is great. I sleep a lot better knowing my family is protected.
Worst customer service. – Terrible company. Lots of turn over of staff. Very unhelpful staff. Avoid this company when there are so many better alarm companies around.
