An overpriced product, I bought the Hyperion Elite about 8 months ago, I paid $9,995 and now I have offers from 2 different companies, same product, better quality and warranty, for $3,700 and another for $2,800, I feel cheated, also the service is terrible, and it's not filtering properly either I have already sent 3 requests to have a water test and I have no answers.

Scam artists  send out notices like usps to have you call them  reported to bbb and the usps inspector general

Don't go with Fidelis worst mistake you can make. Not worth spending thousands of dollars for a filtration system. You can find a cheaper one for couple hundred online even homedepot. Don't fall for there lies and sale pitch. Trust me not worth it at all. I regret buying the system. Now I tell everyone in town and online not to purchase with them.

I give this 0 star. I found out that the system is wasting a lot of water. The company could not provide a written water use to water waste ratio. If you own one of this, you need to verify.

First of all the way they goet u is very unprofessional, claiming to have a package then claiming to be a free water testing company that comes with the purchase of our home.. we fell for it. He came in and did his thing we decided to go for it.. we both applied but the whole system got put under my name only. I have 2 weeks with it , the house has zero pressure. Nothing outside to water our plants, zero cold water pressure in the kitchen, and zero on the other half of the house.. we called to cancel and have it removed si... read more

I, like many others, received the postcard saying I have a parcel on hold at the post office. I do not like dealing with companies that aren't honest from the start. I didn't mind having my water tested and learning about how to have cleaner water. I do not like shady sales people. I decided to purchase the system. Now three years later I learned there are filters that need to be replaced every year about $200. And one filter every 3-5 years. Not even sure how much that one costs. I was not told this during the sales... read more

Water system installed perfectly never any problems until .... 1 yr later when fidelus called me to change my filters ...... I was told all filters were included in price until contract was paid Then on my own ,I was shocked to find out how much the filters were 249.00 a year on top of the purchase price 8 yr contract = an extra 2000.00 Follow on top of a already pricey system Makes the a 10,000.00 dollar system Not the sales pitch I got If your thinking about getting one DONT it’s not worth it !!!!’ Even with the 5 yrs ... read more

I received a post card in the mail claiming to be a final notice for a parcel delivery, despite the fact that there was never any 1st or 2nd attempt made to deliver it. I called and was told I would get a $25 gift card for allowing my water to be tested. No legitimate business needs to stir up customers like this, so I told her I believed it was a scam and hung up.

Business response:

Please read some of the responses of other people on Yelp, some suggesting to look past the card and give us a chance. We have a great product but only need a chance to show how it works and what it can do for you. Direct advertising does not work, we've tried it. The gift card is for your time to allow us to test your water, buying a piece of your time. I am sorry you didn't like it, feel free to trash it. Hope you would reconsider.

During the sales pitch the salesperson Cody made a number of promises about how if needed the system could be uninstalled and moved for free and the company would be happy to do so. Well about a week after the install my house flooded and the system was removed and they wanted to charge me $525 to reinstall the system. It took approximately 3 weeks for them to call me back after requesting the reinstall.

Business response:

Customer called in our office on 1/24/2020 and mentioned he had an electrical fire. This message today says he actually had a flood. At first we were told the system was uninstalled by the company that was working on the fire damage, but 2 days ago on 2/11/20 customer told our service rep the system was not actually uninstalled but he was asking because he was planning on moving but it fell through. We cannot really get the straight story. If there was a fire, customer could've called us to uninstall unit to deal with damage... read more
