just now I left a review a few weeks ago (1 star) because they wouldn’t schedule a emergency appointment. I made the mistake of thinking since my family was seen there that they would help me. It wasn’t until I left this review that they would see me. They did a great job on fixing the tooth I had problems with and I was very appreciative. They schedule me an appointment (Feb 3 @ 9 am). From the moment of getting insurance verified on the phone to making my appointment and to the day of my visit every single person I was in contact with was exceptionally polite and professional. I had a complete exam with a cleaning and my teeth actually were noticeably brighter (just a good cleaning), I was told that I needed a crown from prior dentist and confirmed that one is not needed, saving me time and money. Dr. Adi and her awesome team are helping me repair my teeth after a few years of neglect. I had major anxiety going to a new dentist but the team has made me feel so comfortable. Would you believe it....... I actually look forward to going to the dentist! I never thought that I would ever say such a thing!
My husband broke a front tooth playing ball and Dr. Adi and her crew put the smile back on his face in 1 day. The Cerec procedure is unbelievable! The new crown matches the other teeth perfectly and is actually straighter than the original. I don't think anyone will believe that he had any work done. Thank you, Fiddlesticks Dental.
