The technician was polite and did the spring maintenance.
I called Fiddelke after waiting weeks from two other HVAC companies and being told that I "was on the list" and that they would be out when "we have time to get to you". That was after me calling to follow up when I didn't hear back after a timeframe they set to come out and didn't show up or call. Enter Fiddelke. I called on a Wednesday.
