Joe was able to squeeze our flooring job in on short notice. Was very pleased he could get it done as fast as he did. Joe was easy to work with and very accommodating. Highly recommend Fidanza Home Improvement.

The ceiling in my main living area was seeing serious signs of stress with cracks showing up everywhere. Joe uncovered the previous builder removed a support wall and did not correctly replace the support beam. The roof was falling in by 3". Joe identified the problem and added 2 - 18"x 24' beams, shored up the roof and fixed the ceiling. No more cracks, and the ceiling and roof are back up to where they should be.
I needed to remove a half wall and close up two entryways to open up an area with an 8' opening. Joe did all the work, added the sliding (barn) door hardware, finished the doors to match the hardwood flooring. Great look, perfect finish. He also refinished the drywall, added a new step down to perfectly match the floor. He did an excellent job. It looks like it should have been there all along.
