Called early last week to schedule a time to get my transmission looked at. At the time I was given a few quotes on any potential work that was needed. I was then scheduled to bring the truck in on Tuesday 13 June at 8am. When I arrived at 815am, there was no technician there to look at the truck. I waited until 845am for a technician to show up. Went by the shop, Steve took my 1977 corvette around the block to confirm it wasn't a transmission issue. I'm taking it back to the shop to have him work on it.

Great place staffed by friendly people. Only used it for Uhaul pickup but were very willing to work around holiday schedules to make out move easy
