Worked with Fickers for a while, their crew did an okay job. Late 2023 they stopped trimming our hedges then they decided to just no longer show up and service our lawn at all. Several attempts to contact the owner, Austin, were ignored. I wasn't even certain if they were still in business. He finally responded to a few text messages with something about losing employees and dropping certain properties from their route but never provided any specifics to me if they were dropping my property or what, exactly, is going on, nor... read more
