Fibre Space and all the people I've encountered there are amazing!! I've been in the shop about five times over the past three years and have called them several times. They are always helpful, whether it's letting me know I need to spend $5 to get free shipping, a virtual faux fir ball for my hat selected or help reviewing posts on Instagram to ensure I get just the right yarn for my project. I love Fibre Space, but it’s a long trip from where I live, so when I go I always hope it will be special. Yesterday didn’t disappoint me. I found yarn I wanted, some books I had been looking for and some notions. I also got some advice from the owner, who I recognized from a television show. She seemed to be rushing to leave, but stopped to answer a question I had and give me advice on a project. I love this store. I wish I lived closer !
Great selection of every fiber lovers dream! The needle and notions section is amazing too! This was our fourth year visiting Santa and Mrs. Claus at FibreSpace and look forward to next year!
Whenever we visit National Harbor and DC area I make a special trip to Old Town Alexandria to visit the shop. Just love it here!! Everyone is so helpful and I find things here I can't find at another LYS anywhere. My favorite yarn shop!
