I love this shop I'm so glad that it is my local shop. The staff is always friendly and willing to help with the selection of yarn or help with a problem.
Customer service is always excellent!! The variety of yarns, notions and patterns consistently meet all my needs. I appreciate the emails keeping me updated, shop hours, the reward system, the parties, discounts, classes....ok, ok I think you get it. This place is amazing!!
Excellent selection of curated yarns- everything from beautiful high end yarns to splurge on to everyday workhorse yarns. The staff is highly knowledgeable & have consistently strived to provide quality customer service.
Was very disappointed when I come in town and visited this store yesterday. The staff wasn't friendly...and as I toured the store I learned that the owner was present and was one of the staffers that looked at me and never greeted me. I really felt unimportant. Retail is very fickle and sometimes you don't have a second chance to make it right or are given another chance to earn someones business. Have a nice day!
A lovely store! I like to visit LYS's when traveling to look for local yarns. The shop is large, bright and well stocked. It was also very vibrant with classes and customers! Very friendly, helpful staff. If I lived in the area, I imagine I'd spend a lot of time there!
