I would give a much better review for the nice folks working at our local Fibre Federal TLC branches in Tillamook and Lincoln City but as for their BillPay program customer service one star might be generous. Nearly four months ago BillPay withdrew nearly$500 for a car payment for a new car that we had already paid the loan off on. I would give the nice people working at our local Fibre Federal TLC branches in Tillamook and Lincoln City a much better review than I give their BillPay program. BillPay is terrible in regards to their customer service. A payment of nearly $500 was made from our checking account almost four months ago. I went through a major crisis in 2020. Our family has banked with Fibre CU for many years and have generally been accustomed to decent customer service in all areas - checking (multiple family accounts), savings, loans (auto and personal), automated, online and in-person. Going inside the branch in West Kelso (at the base of the big bridge) to start a new phase of life was painful to say the least.
