Been pleased with creating the patterns (6 in all) untl the Runway collecion. Pattern lines are not complete. Contacted customer service and my concerns fell on deaf ears. For the high end cost of the patterns the quality of the product is low end. Quality control was side stepped in the making of this series. Both customer representives where both very indifferent. So disappointed.
I ordered 2 yards of fabric based on the picture of the fabric. No where in the description of the fabric was the color listed so I had to go solely by the color picture shown The fabric shown was a gray color--when it arrived it was green. I did not want a green. I called and was given no help expect "sorry--can't do anything for you". There were other fabrics in the line shown as greens and taupes etc If they pull the colors of the fabrics from the manufacturers web site to post on their wed site then at least make sure it... read more
Great range of collage fabrics and fantastic customer service and the shop itself its absolutely beautiful.
Surprised to get the fabrics I ordered so quick - Montana to Maryland. Fabric was exactly what I wanted.

Refused to send a 6" x WOF piece of batik as described in their $105.00 quilt kit that I bought (which was inacurately provided) Would have cost them about $1.83 + postage. Very poor customer service. I'll be sure to spread the word.
