Great shop to work with, friendly and accommodating. I lost a section of my pattern for My Kinda Town and they where very helpful with replacement. Really enjoy working on their patterns, highly recommend!
Least friendly place I have ever been. Staff is happy to ignore you. I filled out a “how are we doing card” on one visit. It was placed on the office desk with phone #. No one stopped me from entering the office, and no one ever contacted me. Horrid customer service.
I visited Laura’s shop in June and took her certification class. It was the highlight of my year!!! Her shop is stunning when you walk in, staff is amazing! And then we met Laura....who is so gracious, kind, and welcoming. I wish the shop wasn’t so far from Nh, thankfully I can shop on line. Thank you for such an amazing experience
Laura Heine and Fiberworks Quilt Shop are just incredible!!! I went to a 3 day Laura Heine retreat. I learned remarkable things and felt great!! Laura's patterns kits are well crafted and phenomenal. Worth every penny!!!
