I found them online and they have the best prices I have found for the projects I make. I placed an order and there was a mix up with a color I ordered. After a very quick call explaining the issue. They resolved the issue quickly and with little fuss. I have never had that kind of customer service even from my own local yarn store. I will be returning to order from here.
Exceptional online service. Great selection and they carry my very favorite needles (Chiaogoo). One of these days I've promised myself a trip to Galena so I can visit the store in person.

Wonderful company! I ran out of yarn making their one-skein shawlette and they sent me a partial skein for no additional charge. They stand by their products 100% and are exceedingly pleasant to do business with.

I ordered my Simplicity for the July MKAL from Fiberwild online..someone had posted that Simplicity was on sale on Ravelry. This was my first time on this website and will use them again. Very speedy delivery. Easy website to use.
