Recently placed an order which turned out to be out of stock. Not only was I notified immediately and given the option of waiting for the backorder or canceling, Amber also emailed me several times to keep me posted of the expected delivery time. Exceptional customer service!
Fiber Wild is the greatest; I placed an order last week and within 1 1/2 hrs it was in the mail and delivered to me on Friday, February 19th. I couldn't ask for better service!
