Completely disappointed with service. Wife’s car brought in for service Aug 9. Still being held hostage 2.5 months later. There is no resolution in sight. They cannot find the part or call their supplier. Multiple requests for the GM to call us - no response. Requested lemon law compensation - denied. Beyond disappointed and angry. Saga continues 12 weeks. Dealer has missed 3 promised dates for part. Complaints filed with Attorney General, Better Business Bureau, and location TV station consumer advocate. #Awful. #StayAway
Long and short..... My friend dealt with the GM, Ozzy and Dean. They mishandled the payoff of her trade in. When my friend tried to resolve to avoid having her credit negatively impacted Ozzy and Dean yelled and cursed at her. I personally heard this interaction. I will never purchase a vehicle from this dealership, nor will I ever recommend. Ladies... stay away. Trust me.
When you buy a Fiat spider, you were buying a car from Italy and you must understand that means every time you need something they don’t have in stock it has to come from Italy. Awesome place , very friendly staff , tons of vehicles to chose from if you are in the market .
The product knowledge of the staff and well appointed facility make it the only place to shop for a Fiat. The staff is always customer focused and ready to help. I like the fact it is always clean and orderly.
I valued the attention I received when I was there and the salesperson and the staff were very attentive with us. Always very helpful.
I reached out online last night to ask about a car I saw online, and Donna got back to me right away—at 10:30 pm!! So i drove up this morning and had a great day at FIAT of Scottsdale. I was sad to leave my adorable 500c there, but I drove home in a sweet little Spider!!! Donna, Shane, Ozzie, and Mo were all very helpful!
