I came in for an oil change and a tire rotation, a very simple service. They said it would take 1 hour and 40 minutes which is a bit long to begin with, but I was getting a Lyft back to my office so I didn't mind. I then learned that the language on their website that explains they will provide a Lyft for up to a 25 mile radius was false. They said the max they could do is 10.
