My wife and I were car shopping. After stopping by one dealership and being offered 2500 less than our trade in value we went to Gary Matthews. We were treated like friends, after asking what they would give me for my trade in we test drove a Jeep then went back to the lot. Much to our surprise they offered us 1800 over trade in value according to the NADA quotes I pulled before going up there. I was there on Saturday to have my 2013 VW CC serviced for its 10,000 mile check up. Your service department really worked hard to accommodate my schedule. I live in Metropolis, IL and was just passing through on my way to Murfreesboro. They were friendly, fast, and thorough. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. I just wanted to say this, I have bought several vehicles from here and I have always dealt with Rich, I just bought a Jeep there 5 days ago and I have never had the best experience with car buying until I went to Gary Mathews. Rich sold me a Jeep in 2003, a Dodge Ram Truck in 2008 and now a Jeep in 2013. I keep coming back to Gary Mathews just to deal with Rich Johnson. Went shopping of a 4 wheel drive vehicle just before knee replacement surgery. I found exactly the right one down to the color I was looking for. Low mileage, great condition but what really mattered is how the general manager took the time to see that all my questions were answered, even after more than five weeks had gone by. Mr. Pennington, a salesman there was also awesome. I didn't expect the best, but this time I found it.
