Was told my vehicle was ready and the paint had been repaired. Had been at the dealership for a week and when I came to pick up work was not completed. Now I have to bring the vehicle back again for same repair.
I got a great price on exactly what I was looking for. The service was professional, but casual enough to just talk to them. I was worried it was going to be stressful to look for another car, but they took care of me.
I take my Jeep to Jim Glover Owasso any time a repair or maintenance work is needed. They are always very nice, efficient, and keep me well informed- in particular Trevor. Trevor is honest; I never feel like he tries to get me to buy extra services or parts I really don’t need, especially as a single female this is very important to me. I would recommend them to anyone!
