I felt compelled to write the Gary Mathews team. I purchased a 2001 Jeep Wrangler and not long afterwards had some issues with the engine. The entire team has gone above and beyond to ensure that a happy medium was met. The General Manager and the service team were all great. There was a rough patch in between there where we were unsure exactly what was wrong with the Jeep. However every time I called I was listened to and taken seriously.
