honest review,my speaker took about a month to build communication not so good, almost felt like I used the wrong site or something yinno,but nearing the finish I was emailed saying that it is being tested and SOON to be shipped,WHAT A RELIEF not mad at it because I now have my beautiful SP4 v2 series 18" woofer man!!!! total time jan13th- mar 5th. I would say if you have the time,be patient ITS WORTH THE WAIT!!!

I have been waiting two months for my one sub to be shipped to me. I hear the product is good, but the customer support has been sorely lacking. My email request for a status update was never replied to, I have had two phone calls with Scott who told me a different shipping date both times, and my last contact with this company (over Facebook Messenger) I was told that they haven't even ordered all the parts for my sub! They have had my money for two months and I still don't even have a delivery date...worst part is, I've ha... read more
great products great ppl awsome customer service and windy af bro lol. in all seriousness this is a made in the usa 🇺🇸 product that speaks for its self scott dan and the entire team put they're hearts and souls into they're products and it shows they are constantly pushing the envelope and breaking conventional boundarys keep up the good work and bass on fellow bassheads
I have had quite a few different brands of Audio and would have to say that I am very happy with my purchase of a 12” q neo. The quality is superb and would recommend to anyone considering them to pull the trigger!!
