Haven't had a chance to run fi yet unfortunately but I had a chance to deal with their customer service which was surprisingly good considering how backed up they were at the time of me calling. Hope to run fi in the future!
I've gone to the Fi audio with A bunch of my friends. They have their cars equipped with Fi subs and it's making me want to convert over to some super sick subs. Soon!! Always a pleasant greeting when we show up. Customer service is damn good.
Just got my new sp4v2's today, they are absolute beasts. Can't wait for them to break in. And thanks for the Carbon fiber dustcap, was a pleasant suprise when I opened then

Three years ago I heard a fully loaded FI BTL 18 in a minivan and fell in love!! I had to buy one myself and will soon again! Hands down the most power hungry, reliable, best sounding and SPL producing sub on the market for the money!! Keep up the good work FI!
Had an Fi BL and loved it, regretfully ended up selling it but you can bet I never had an issue with it and am looking at Fi again for my new setup.

FI Audio SP4 18" Ran 1 Sp4 18 on in 6cft tuned to 24hz on an ampere audio 3800.1 in the trunk completely sealed and pulled 145db on all stock electric in a Ford Crown Vic. Great product 100% would buy again All USA Built straight out of Las Vegas
