Technician Garrett Summers conducted a thorough chimney Inspection, then performed a deep chimney Sweep Cleaning that left everything spotless. Our experience was very unprofessional and a little disheartening. We called early in the season for a historical home with 2 fireplaces needing inspected in Winfield. The day came and went without them showing up, so we called and they said their inspector cancelled - yet they never called us.
