Our experience was very unprofessional and a little disheartening. We called early in the season for a historical home with 2 fireplaces needing inspected in Winfield. The day came and went without them showing up, so we called and they said their inspector cancelled - yet they never called us. Mark provided a quick and thorough estimate that was substantially more affordable than some other companies and did a great job communicating throughout the process. Work on our Chimney and cleaned it up and our fire place too was complete within two days just like they estimated and we will be using them again in the future! highly recommended!
