My massage was amazing. I felt relaxed and refreshed when I was done. I recommend fhl to anyone that would like to feel like I did. I appreciate the way Jamie makes me feel relax and comfortable while I'm in her care. She is wonderful and caring of her clients. After my massage I had less pain in my back and my right side as well as my left shoulder. My dizzy spells when I lay down or get up are gone as well.I was also very relaxed and slept really well last night. Thanks for taking such great care me and all my aches and pains!

I recently had my first massage with Jamie and had a really positive experience. She took the time to ask questions, learn about my areas of tension, and tailor the session to what my body needed. Throughout the appointment, she was attentive and thoughtful, checking in and trying different techniques to find what worked best.
