I had one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever encountered with FHL Health. I purchased a Groupon deal they advertised, after confirming with them directly that they would honor it. We spoke over the phone, I scheduled an appointment, and I clearly discussed the terms and pricing as listed on their own Groupon offer – $35 for non-facial and $49 for facial treatments.
