Yesterday's visit went very well. I went to three different dentist office before morning side and they all said I needed a root canal and all they did was look at the X-ray's. Dr. Williams took her time and did different testes on my tooth and came to the conclusion that I didn't need one. She was able to do the necessary work in one day and No pain was involved. So far I am satisfied. I'm just happy I could eat on both sides again and save money. Thank you Dr. Williams!
My welcome at the reception area was pleasant and my appointment time was on schedule. Everyone on staff responds to the patient needs. I had the pleasure of over hearing twins girls interacting with the hygienist and the dentist and the girls were comfortable and laughing. The team made their experience comfortable.
Monica, the new dental hygienist, was prompt, friendly and professional. She explained what the cleaning would entail. Afterwards, she recommended a teeth brushing technique that would help decrease plaque buildup. I was then given a toothbrush, toothpaste and dental floss to take with me.
Best environment, personnel and experience.
Great visit. New hygienist was personable, professional and knowledgeable. Had a light touch, too! As usual, the staff was friendly, energetic and helpful.
Dental procedures excellent;staff professional and caring.Follow-up telephone calls from Morningside,a day after a procedure is most comforting.
Good but the sensitivity of the procedure was unnerving.
