I have been struggling with upper back / shoulder and scapular pain for months and could not isolate or figure out exactly the cause or the best treatment.. Dr. Burello was able to identify the exact origin and isolate exactly where my pain is coming from. She provides excellent treatment with multi balanced approach, including soft tissue work , manipulation and a home exercise program. She has made so many suggestions that have truly improved my pain and quality of life immensely!!! I highly recommend her..
