I would give 6 stars if I could. I'd like to talk about my experience having someone I know go to this facility. It can be hard finding a treatment center that is of high quality and will treat you with dignity and respect, I told my person that if there were every any issues I would come and pick them up immediately, but that never happened, I talked to them regularly, I did have to talk them into staying once, not because of how things were there, but because they felt ready to come home, but there was more work to do, an... read more

I went to the Shatterproof 1st responders program for 28 days on January 29, 2024 after the absolute lowest point in my life. From the intake process to the last minute there, everything was focused on my healing. The staff was beyond incredible and I made lifelong friends. This place literally saved my life. As first responders, we are the helpers. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to FHE for the understanding, compassion and support they have given my daughter, Megan. Her Therapist, Tara, the clinical director, the finance office and especially the Techs have all been supportive and cooperative.
