Nurse Naim was so quick and answered all my questions in and out under 5 minutes and same day results for PCR test highly recommend!

I booked an appointment at 9.15am for a pcr test for travel. The website specified that an appointment had to be booked prior and said the appointment takes about 5 mins. I arrived on time but had to wait about 20 mins into the appointment because the nurse on duty who takes the tests actually also does the intake and answers walk in questions about the appointments for people who haven't booked. The nurse was great and pointed out our destination would accept nasopharyngeal antigen tests ($78 each) instead of the PCR tests we had already paid for ($159 each). She assured us the refunds would go through within two weeks--a significant amount of $$ for four tests. Three weeks later, still no refunds. A month later, nada. It turns out FH Health DOES NOT have a contact number, nor have they ever responded to any of my emails. Very frustrating. How do they get away with that?? Went to this place for a pre-flight test at about 4pm. The nurse was so lovely and the test came back speedy the next day at about 2pm, so within 24 hours. Would really recommend this particular location!
