I booked the concierge IV Drip service for my parents to give them a boost as they had just gotten over Covid. Lyn was great! My parents really liked her. It was so easy having them come to their home. I will be booking regular appointments for them.

I had an amazing experience with nurse Chris-Michael. He was incredibly comforting and proficient, and made the entire process very quick, easy, and painless. He also was very good at educating us on the benefits and risks, as well as the whole process, and provided a safe and clean environment. I will definitely be back!

The staff at the clinic itself are great, but the company seems badly short staffed and entirely overwhelmed. Short version of events: Paid a premium to get pre-travel covid test and country-specific required documentation. Get tested 70 hours before flight, within mandatory time limit, get result in a little under 24hrs, feel pleased it’s going smoothly.
