I don't usually do reviews but this time i will, and i am sorry! We got our hvac unit November of 2025, Nick Rossi helped us! We called few times to get the heating checked because we weren't getting enough heat during winter. Now the AC has been on and some days/weeks are hotter and we noticed the house weren't cooling, the outside temperature is even better than inside our house! I hired this company to fix the seal on my toilet, and unfortunately it turned into a much bigger issue. After completing the work, they reinstalled the toilet but tightened it so much that the porcelain cracked in two different places. This should have been a routine repair, and cracking the toilet during reinstallation shows a lack of care and proper technique.
