We were thrilled to get a next day appointment with a plumber, but disappointed when he showed up and could not help us because we have a cat. I am assuming he must have terrible allergies. I wish they would've asked us that yesterday so that a different tech could have been scheduled. However, the first tech immediately called them and told them to assign someone else.
