We’re in the process of getting a new air conditioning unit Mr. Sam Phillips is the best...he explained everything in such a way that was understood and he was straight forward and seemed very honest he searched for any discounts we could get that caused us not to seek a second opinion/company of which my wife and I had stated we would do prior to him even arriving...also when he returned a week later for measurement for the air vents he observed that our sub pump was making a noise that we thought was normal when it was run... read more

I have experienced several HVAC and plumbing issues this past year. I can honestly say that F.H. Furr employees have went above and beyond my expectations. I wasn't hassled or haggled, the technicians were honest and told me what needed to be done, what could wait and more importantly, they allowed me to watch and explained as worked. Special shot out to Alec; all of the techs have been great, but he was fantastic (I don't use that term often....but it fits). Thanks

We had water leaking from the HVAC first thing in the morning. They had room in their schedule and arrived within an hour of my call. Repairs were done fast and our service tech was masked and gloved. We’re very pleased with the speed and the quality of our repairs.

The phone scheduler and the technician (Kyle) were both polite and respectful. Kyle quickly and efficiently replaced my garbage disposal. I appreciate the extra safety measures he took—kept mask and booties on at all times.

While the was done and my sink drain is now working. Over $500 for him to be here a short time. Wish I would’ve known beforehand, definitely would’ve shopped around
