The representative was very knowledgeable and thorough with his assessment and recommendations for my HVAC unit. He was patient and courteous. He also went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied before he left my home.
This was a very low key visit. My technician did a great job, diagnosed and fixed the problem, and had my air conditioning working within an hour. Great job

I recommend the HVAC services. The company offers a service to check your electrical, HVAC and plumbing twice a year and the replacement price for parts is reasonable.

Call FH Furr for your plumbing needs BUT ONLY if you want to pay double what other venders would charge. Way too expensive and they will try to up sell you on items you don’t need. Their pricing is gibberish and while you think you’re getting a “discount” on their service, you’re not! Workmanship isn’t great. They took a lazy way out when running a drain pipe from the new water heater to the sump pump drain. I had to call them back to change that layout which ran across the floor and down middle of our utility room! Awful! T... read more

Marcus, the plumber, returned today promptly as promised. He replaced the leaking water supply line, replaced the meter back into the new water supply line, installed wh controls, replaced the faulty pressure relief valve, added several needed water turn offs and explained everything to me. Overall an excellent job !!
