The technician was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me about replacing my old toilet then while flushing the water heater noticed that my ancient thermal expansion tank should have been replaced earlier. I had not been told this before but the internet confirmed these need replacement within the overall life of the main water heater. His work was excellent.

We had a new HVAC system & hot water heater installed yesterday. Soon after the techs left, there was a strong gas smell that caused us to feel headachy. We called FH Furr to have it fixed and were told an emergency service call was being put into the system and someone would come check it out — 3-5 hours later. They did not recommend we call the gas company to shut off the gas, but we did anyway. The gas company man said it was a very serious leak and we were smart to call to get the gas turned off.
