Showed up in less than a half-hour and had the water back on in less than a hour. Mark was courteous and professional.
Poor experience with installation. They also ruined my wood floor in our grand foyer. Two weeks past and I still have yellow caution tape in my house. What really frustrates me is that the customer service team/leadership does not follow-up as you would expect.
Poor response for giving estimate and customer service: Ashburn, VA - For a water leak estimate, their technician came on 9/2/20, but finding it complicated issue, another technician came on 9/3/20. He promised to give em estimate by the evening of 9/3/20. I made 5 calls and one email to their sales manager, still have not got any estimate. The technician, Clayton, was on time, professional, respectful and personable. I had to have my water heater replaced which was a pricey fix but FH Furr worked with me to provide an estimate that was fair, which I greatly appreciated. They will definitely me my go to from now on.

The technician that came to my apartment in DC could not have been any nicer! He was so professional, helped clear a toothbrush (yes) out of my drain and even gave us some helpful tips for our garbage disposal. 10/10 recommend! Thank you!
Friendly, polite installers arrived on time and worked hard all day long in the rain. They followed all Covid-19 precautions and used drop cloths everywhere. Great job guys!
