The service call was right on time ! I liked that they texted updates of when the technician would be there. Technicians were very nice, thorough , and knowledgeable. They had to have a second technician come with a better snake to clean out our pipe clog. I think that you should have your technicians armed with the best equipment and technology. Kevin Stacey was our main tech and he was great !!
