Please listen to me ignore the jingle, ignore the commercials and the bearded dude on the truck Do not let these guys in your house it is not worth it. At the very least they will overcharge you. At the worst they might leave you equipment worse than they found and not take any responsibility for it like they did with me. We found another company that was willing to fix what they broke for $1200 less than their quote. Just find someone else, anyone else. Congratulations on all your money FH Furr I hope it's worth it.
I wrote a review on 4/21/23 giving them a 1 star rating based on a billing issue. FH Furr has since stepped up and addressed and resolved this issue to our satisfaction. The work done by their tech was outstanding and i would hire them again. Thanks F H Furr for taking you Customers concerns seriously and stepping up to address them.
On April 18, 2023 a technician from FH Furr came out to my house to flush my hot water heater as part of a FH Furr promotion. Included in that promotion was a FREE plumbing inspection. During the inspection the technician uncovered several items which were going to need attention in the future.
He listed the items (4 of them ) and gave us an estimate of what each one would cost based on doing each one as separate service calls since not all of them needed to be done immediately.

Avoid this company, at all costs. Day 1- Auger won’t work, will need to reschedule. Day 2- clog cleared, but day 1 guy damaged pipe and Day 2 guy doesn’t have part to fix. I offered to go the Home Depot for part, nope tech needs to move on. Day 3- promised a tech 12-2. Then told, after 4:30. Finally told no possible repair until Day 5. Love that I can schedule online. Easy confirmations, and prompt and high-quality service. Definitely will be using them for both plumbing and HVAC, electric service.
Such a ridiculous service. I wish there was a minus rating to select in this. Very unprofessional and has NO Quality Control whatsoever. Managers talk, and they ONLY Talk. It was easy to make a convenient appointment. the electrician and plumber I worked with were terrific. Very knowledgeable and explained things to me easily.
The service I received from them was absolutely exceptional.
Jared had a solid opportunity to take advantage of our situation and capitalize off of it as many other companies or self-employed contractors in my area would have tried numerous times instead he showed great prowess and his field of expertise and corrected the problem on the spot Jared has earned our business for future events and the longevity of our time at our house thank you Jared
