Really bad service. A/C was not working. The diagnostics was to replace the whole equipment, a heat pump for $12k. On second opinion from a different vendor, we found that the thermostat was the issue. Replacing the thermostat under warranty did the trick. Not even close.. instead of marketing too much, find the right people to fix problems.
Not a good maintenance service. Jimmy Oliveros did yearly inspection of my HVAC in April which I am paying as part of yearly maintenance contract. Unlike previous technicians, he didn't send me invoice price estimates for recommended works. He saw my new filter sitting next to blower but didn't offer to replace it. Overall, not very pleasant experience and not satisfied with his unfriendly attitude.
Contacted accounting and billing services concerning canceled of service agreement, refund, and confirmation of services multple times and received no response. Please avoid using FH Furr Services.
I will go out of my way to contact a different company solely due to the fact that their commercial is disturbingly loud. Compared to everything else on TV I have to turn the volume down just for their ad.
