Tried to get in touch with this practice for over a month through the various numbers listed on psychology today and online. I left multiple messages and was only able to get in contact with someone once, who was “away from their desk” during normal office hours, promised to call me back, and never did. For one of the very few places with an IOP program that accepts medicaid, this is incredibly disappointing. This practice appears to not be in full operation.

I am so disappointed.. Anyone trying to do a SAP assessment for your CDL. Do not go here. There is lack of communication, a lack of professionalism, a lack of doing things in a timely manner when it counts. A lack of doing anything period. It's highly frustrating. I should not have to chase you down to send DOL paperwork with correct format and your creditials. Please do not fall for the free assessment with no insurance scam like I did.
