Three days ago I had a panic attack inside FGC Urgent Care on Frederick and had to leave. As someone who struggles with agoraphobia, it took everything in me to go back and face that fear—but I did today. I want to give a HUGE shoutout to the entire staff, and especially RN Lauren. Her kindness, compassion, and the way she took the time to comfort and reassure me truly meant more than I can put into words. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. ALL of the staff here were extremely caring and very helpful. I was a little skeptical at first due to the rating and some other reviews but it turned out to be a great experience! Anyone that needs resources or help should give this place a chance they are well worth it!
Dr. Dunston, Brooke, Ashley, and Chelsea were wonderful. They made what could've been an awful experience a time of healing and support. 10/10 recommend.
