Very disappointing experience. My original 9:30 AM appointment was rescheduled, and that's where the poor communication started. When I arrived for my 5:00 PM appointment, no one seemed to know I had an appointment, and I received conflicting explanations about why the stylist I booked with wasn't there. I've spent good money with this business over the years, so I expected better communication and professionalism. Worst Experience Very Slow. When Upset speaks in her language just rude all around unprofessional.
Bad attitudes and smart mouth I would not recommend to nobody and her work is trash
