Had a clamp on my exhaust break and couldn’t find anyone who could fix it for me other than a $$$$dealership$$$$. Did a google search and FFej’s Auto Care showed up. Called on a Friday and spoke to the owner Jeff and had an appt for the following Tuesday. He sent me a quote before doing anything and I approved and my car was done same day. Just don’t let the outside appearance scare you off! Haha! Jeff was very professional.
Great place!! I've had work done here twice, and I haven't had any issues. Jeff really knows his stuff. One of the only places around that I trust to work on German vehicles. The honesty within Ffejs is heart-warming. You don't have to worry about being lied to or screwed over when you bring your vehicles into the care of Ffejs. Keep up the great work!!
Jeff is such a kind, knowledgeable, honest mechanic. He has been working on my familys' vehicles since the 90's. Always given us fair prices, willing to work with us, and sends us cards every year during the winter holidays that are truly appreciated. And even when he's overwhelmed, he will still take the time out to look at my vehicle if I have a problem. Hands down one of the best in Lima. Thanks always Jeff!
Jeff and his team were VERY friendly and helpful. I asked them to look over my new (used) vehicle to look for recommended repairs & to fix my windshield wipers. I got a very reasonable price & did not feel as though they were trying to add unnecessary repairs. He even spent some time with me to give me an education on a few things which were unfamiliar to me. I was only passing through Ohio but will travel in the future to visit him as I consider him a trusted mechanic.
Got my car done here a few weeks ago and they were great! Fast and took care of the problem and was the cheapest!!!
