Wow just wow. Mechanics and great soft skills and customer service often don't go hand in hand, but I was pleasantly surprised when I brought my Lexus to FF auto. Alda took the time to show me the issue, show me what it should look like and gave me a quote before they did the work. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDED. Great service, quality work, and you really do leave there feeling like you are now family. This is how service should be.
They can always get me in for an oil change when I ask. They are very reliable and do good work. Changed my rear brake pads and showed me why and explained what was needed. The shop is immaculate, which makes me feel good about care that goes into the work that is being done. Prices are a bit higher than what I've paid elsewhere, that is the only downside.
I had an excellent experience with FF Family & Friends Auto Repair! They helped us fix the emission system and a power steering issue on our car. The team was professional, honest, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain what needed to be done, gave us a fair estimate, and completed the work quickly. Exelent Job!! Great people!! i overheard the lady explaining to a customer how there was nothing wrong with what he was concerned about his car, just the humility she spoke with then seeing the job well done on my cars transmission, i 100% recomend anyone to get their car serviced here!!
