The first time I visited this place, I had a generally positive experience--they changed a faulty turn signal bulb in the front and rear. The second time, however, I went in because I couldn't close the hood of my car properly, and didn't have a second to research or troubleshoot it myself. Finally found a mechanic that is all around a pleasant experience! I usually dread needing to bring my car to the shop because the field is typically dominated by misogynistic men. As a woman, and a woman of color, you come in with your guard up wondering if there will be bias and/or fair treatment simply because of your gender. Always very friendly and comprehensive. They send update videos on the progress of the job they are working for you which I find very nice. Definitely recommend!
