My cleaning yesterday with Jill was done as professional as usual with added safety measurers. I appreciated that she was able to use the older tool based cleaning style, which I really like, although it is more difficult and tiring process for her.
Jill (hygienist) & Dr. Jack are professional & personable. They reached out w/ e-mails when the office reopened to advise of the safety protocols which eased my mind to return. They reached out two days ago w/ a text about an opening, so I felt comfortable returning. I’ve been going here for years, so again, great care & treatment.
The entire staff was gowned, gloved, masked (some wearing two masks), face shields and hair nets. Work suites were curtained off and except while receiving treatment, social distancing was observed. Patients were required to wear a mask unless getting treated. I felt completely safe and, as always, received the highest level of care. High marks to Dr. Jack and his staff for the concern and care they show their patients!
