Dr. Jack creates a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. He plays cool music ;-) his staff smiles and knows you by name in a family feel atmosphere, yet they listen to your concerns and respond professionally to all dental concerns. I have never had a long wait on arrival, have been seen quickly in emergencies, he doesn't give up on problem areas until it's fixed. He even answers the phone if his secretary is out or busy. It's nice to still find a person on the end of the phone when you call. Not easy to find these days .
