I don’t leave reviews unless something truly needs to be said. I would never want another new mother to leave this office feeling the way I did — judged, dismissed, and unsupported. We came in for a consultation about my son’s lip tie and I left that appointment feeling like a terrible mother. I was told my baby was “tight” and given a list of things that were supposedly wrong with him, rather than being supported or educated in a compassionate way. We had a wonderful experience having our baby's tongue tie evaluation with Fetzik Dentistry.Kat was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and she made us feel like family every step of the way. We are grateful for her care and compassion.
Katrina at Dr. Fetzik’s office is the most kind, tender hearted, and compassionate person to walk alongside you in your tongue tie journey. She provides a thorough assessment and helps release restriction in your baby before and after release and just helped me feel as calm as possible for the procedure. Worst experience ever. Extorted more money than initial quote. Made me feel like an awful person and parent. Paying premium prices to be seen in the break room by the office manager. Not for me.
Dr. Fetzik botched several fillings of mine - they all had to be redone within a year. This practice is great when it comes to kids' tongue ties, but I would not at all recommend them for dentistry.
