What do we need appointments for when we got to sit there for hours after our appointment time! Looks like your just stacking patients! You take walk-ins before our appointed times.. this is ridiculous! and unacceptable.. WHERE'S THE PROFESSIONALISM! YOU WANT US HERE 20 MINUTES EARLY... FOR WHAT!? Just to have us wait longer! You got 1 doctor trying to see over 23 patients, and we're all there before 11:am! We're all here because of important health issues. GOD FORBIDS IT WAS A LIFE OR DEATH SITUATION.. I have only one complaint. BRING BACK RICHETTA DEAS. She is very thorough and knowledgeable. This switching her back and forth is unacceptable. She is needed here. It's difficult for patients to flip flop between providers. Where is the consideration. I saw your response and I guess Mrs. Deas won't be returning to John's Island Fetter Health? I'm very disappointed!!!
