I have only one complaint. BRING BACK RICHETTA DEAS. She is very thorough and knowledgeable. This switching her back and forth is unacceptable. She is needed here. It's difficult for patients to flip flop between providers. Where is the consideration. I saw your response and I guess Mrs. Deas won't be returning to John's Island Fetter Health? I'm very disappointed!!!

Here now and the lady at the front desk who does check in takes a hour just to have you fill out simple paperwork then she makes it seems like if you don’t have Medicaid you can’t be seen. Instead of doing her job and her job only she acts like a mother and it’s annoying I didn’t come here to see my mom I came to be seen from the doctor. The process is horrible & unnecessary. They only have 1 person and no one comes out to make sure everyone is good very much a lack of respecting others time. Wouldn’t recommend this is my LA... read more
