I found Regina Pillai after being dissatisfied with another pulmonary doctor a couple of years ago, and I have hit the jackpot! Every single employee that I encounter from front desk to the interns, etc are so very nice it almost made me suspicious (Ha!) She greets me with "good morning, beautiful." She is extremely focused on ME and what I need, and I truly feel like the most important person in the room. My dad is 89 years old and very particular about doctors. He couldn’t compliment her enough. She took the time as if he was her only patient. You can tell she truly cares about her patients. I could not be with him so my husband took him and she called me to see if I had anything I would like to share with her for her to know more in depth what was going on with his health as this was his first visit. She is amazing!! The parking is the only downside to this visit.
Dr. Pillai was highly recommended by family friends when we learned that my Dad was diagnosed with Pulmonary Fibrosis. Dr Pillai literally embraced our Dad and his condition at his first appointment. She has been a true Godsend and initiated a very thorough and successful treatment plan along with compassionate and positive guidance. Dr. Pallai is a wonderful caring physician. She has accomplished more than any other pulmonary doctor. I am lucky to have found her.
Dr. Ben addressed every need I mentioned during my appointment, arranging referrals and equipment to help me towards a speedy recovery. He is not only knowledgeable and friendly, but he really listens. I can't recommend him highly enough

Have been incredibly impressed by the help that Dr. Issa has provide to me. Feel he has resolved an infectious issue that has plagued me for many years and put me in the hospital on numerous occasions. Feel that Ms. Lauriell Gullacaux, in his office, has been most helpful and accommodating.
Short waiting time. Pleasant friendly Doctor. Very knowledgeable. Good listener and responsive to my questions. Spent adequate amount of time with me. Very straight forward not evasive. No nonsense. Exceptional physician in my opinion.
Dr. Pillai is not only a wonderful very knowledgeable pulmonologist she is very caring & easy to relate to. Feel so fortunate to have her as my doctor.
