Dr. Clause and his staff are very friendly and helpful. He takes the time to explain the problem and the treatment. He was very kind and gentle with my mother who had dementia and had to see him for her nail issues.
I ended up with a septic bursa with infection in the bone and was referred to Dr. Kamana by a Methodist Orthopedic specialist. Dr. Kamana and her entire staff were absolutely great through 6 weeks of daily IV's and frequent Dr. visits. Very impressive.
Dr. Pillai was great! She was professional, yet kind and personable. I found her to be reassuring and thorough in addressing all of my concerns. Her staff, (Latonya J., Tanisha P., and Dominique A.) Were extremely sweet, knowledgeable, and helpful. It's always a pleasure to see professionals who really enjoy their work and show genuine concern for their patients.

I saw Dr. Pillai after a lung nodule was found in the ER. On my follow up visit from the ER I saw the NP. I some questions about the PETscan that was ordered and called to speak to a nurse and Dr. Pillai actually got on the phone herself. She explained what she believed was going on and the importance of the test she had ordered. I was very impressed that the doctor actually got on the phone. My Mother was seen by Dr. Hafez in Clear Lake Regional Hospital. My Mom had a painful, corroded ulcer on her foot. Dr. Hafez removed the bandage roughly not noticing the pain and tears on her face. He started to tug at the bandage as it was stuck to the wound. I had to stop him and tell him how the nurses remove it. He then told me my Mother was not a candidate for surgery which was different from what the other doctors had said. Dr. Ben and the staff are amazing. Amanda, Emma, Ashley, Dara, Abby, Denise and catalina are great. Dr. Ben has done an amazing job on my care.
Dr. Ben is very professional and no problem getting to see him. The staff is excellent and very caring and helpful and informative. I went through 4-5 test and it all came out good and encouragement given. He has recommended a healthy lifestyle and Dr. Ben can help me achieve that. Recommend highly. If you are a Jehovah's Witness, he is a cooperative physicians.
