I purchased a home in Fishtown in January. Stephanie and Jen at Fetch made everything easy and kept things on schedule. Our mortgage lender couldnt be at the settlement with us because of Covid restrictions, but Jen explained all of the title documents as well as the financing documents quickly and clearly! Really efficient and knowledgeable team. Thanks!

ABSOLUTE TERRIBLE TITLE COMPANY! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Jen Woodruff is extremely rude and made a mistake by sending out the wrong settlement date to all parties involved and now the day before the closing date was set incorrectly by her she is off and was extremely rude when I called her and told me today’s her day off so she can’t assist me. My mortgage lender also stated this is the worst title company he’s worked with DO NOT USE THEM!
